I am an Associate Professor at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC), at the Departament de Llenguatges i Sistemes Informàtics (LSI)

I belong to the Modeling Visualization, Interaction, and Virtual Reality (Moving) research group.


Research Interests

I am interested in the application of Information Theory tools to Computer Graphics, especially for Viewpoint selection and data inspection.
I am also interested in GPU-based rendering, illustrative rendering of volumetric models, and volume data compression.
