Vaig néixer a Barcelona el 1978. Em vaig llicenciar en Física a la Universitat de Barcelona el juliol del 2002. Des del setembre del mateix any he estat membre del Grup de Processat de Llenguatge Natural del departament de LSI de la Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya . El Juliol del 2008 he llegit la meva tesi doctoral.
Pel que fa a la recerca, els meus interessos es centren sobretot en l'aprenentatge automàtic, especialment en algorismes relacionats amb l'adquisico de patrons i en la seva aplicació a tasques de llenguatge natural. La meva tesi es centra en l'aplicació a algunes d'aquestes tasques de l'algorisme CSSR (Causal State Splitting Reconsturction) , que construeix autòmates a partir de dades sequencials.
