For those who are familiar with Barcelona, this lies within the North Campus, located along Diagonal Avenue, between "Palau Reial" and "Zona Universitària" underground stations (see the underground network map).
The city center is less than fifteen minutes drive from Barcelona Airport and there are daily scheduled trains (every thirty minutes) and coaches (every fifteen minutes) to the city center over the main railway station, Barcelona Sants, from where the North Campus of the University can be reached in about ten minutes by either bus or underground. It is convenient to get a T-10 travel card for 6.65 € (at the train station in the airport, for instance) which can be used to make up to 10 combined journeys by bus, train, and metro, throughout the city and even between the city and the airport.
The conference will take place in the master lecture hall (building A3, ground floor), with room for up to 132 participants.
