Who am I?
I've been working at TALP Research Center at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya as a linguist since March 2003. I started working in the European project FAME and when it finished in December 2004 I changed to project OpenTrad, where I worked until January 2005. Both projects have to do with Machine Translation, one of my passions!
Nowadays I work in the European project Hops, a three-year project focused on the deployment of advanced ICT "voice-enabled front-end public platforms" in Europe permitting access for European citizens to their nearest Public Administration. In this project I'm working on the development of the generation module of a dialogue system.
I also work as an English teacher in the Escola d'Idiomes Moderns at Universitat de Barcelona.
