Carlos Domingo is currently the Director for Internet and Multimedia at Telefonica I+D, the research and development company within the Telefonia Group.

He got his PhD Degree from the Technical University of Catalonia (UPC). He also holds a Master Degree in Computer Science by the Tokyo Institute of Technology. He did postgraduate studies in business administration at Stanford University.

He has been active in the technological sector for more than fifteen years in companies spanning Europe to USA and Japan.
