Who is visiting us this month.
This January we have welcomed or a on the verge on welcoming some visiting scholars. We introduce them to you the ones you have sent us information about. We invite you to share here information about all incoming visiting professors.
Ferdinand Peper visits has from the National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (Japan), Nano ICT Group. He works there as a Senior Research Scientist. He was invited by Professor Josep Carmona from the ALBCOM Research Group.

He got a degree in engineering degree in computing from Granada University (Spain). She enjoyed an Erasmus stay at Technological University of Darmstadt (Germany), where he developed his Thesis Ant Colony Optimization Algorithms for Multi-Objective Combinatorial Problems, supervised by Thomas Stützle and Luis Paquete.
He is currently working at the School of the Built Environment de Napier University, in Edinburgh (UK) in optimal energy and quality management in water distribution networks under the supervision of Prasad Tumula and Ben Paechter. He is also a member of the Centre for Emergent Computing. He is been invited by Christian Blum form the ALBCOM Research Group. He arrived at LSI on January 1st and leaves on February, 29th.
Professor Kirousis works at Patras University (Greece). He is being invited by professor Josep DÃaz, ALBCOM Research Group. He will arrive on February 1st and will remain with us until June 30th.
