Life is a constant change, the stars follow their way, the Cosmos is expanding and the studies curriculum changes as well. A 180º turn around is what Programming I, a subject offered by FIB, has done. Exams in front of a computer with a computing judge who will tell you the verdict at the same moment is one of the novelties Professor Jordi Petit and Salvador Roura from ALBCOM group at LSI Department, have incorporated to the subject that now co-manage.

Recovering someone from neurological and spinal cord injuries is not an easy task and it requires an enormous work with patients. A lot of effort, a lot of patient, a lot of attention and a lot of experience. Rehabilitators must carry an exhaustive work and be close to their patients. But maybe they are able to work from a distant... GIE group and Guttmann Institute work together on teleneurorehabilitation. They generate a three dimensions space, a virtual game, to help people with knowledge and diving problems to play with real life situations in a virtual atmosphere. They walk with the patient through the learning path until his last step.

Ignasi Belda is an enterprising 28 years old youngster. His nonconformist attitude brought him to get trained by different national and international universities and to get his own business company, Intelligent Pharma, running. Intelligent Pharma works with artificial intelligence applied to biomedicine and pharmacy.
