Research Interests

Starting from Machine Learning and Data Mining I moved on to Multiagent Learning, Recommender Systems and Technologies for Knowledge Management Support, which in turn drew my attention to online knowledge sharing communities, then to how small networks structures arise from interaction between agents and, more recently, to the cultural aspects of knowledge sharing, socialization, the structure of virtual and real societies, innovation patterns and so on.
